Easter Vigil and the Sacraments of Initiation
The Easter Vigil is
the Church’s most solemn celebration of the Paschal Mystery
Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection and is the traditional night for the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, and First Holy Communion) for adults and catechumens.
